Bulldozer Ballet combines raw power with grace. Every athlete must be strong, fast, and resilient – but also stable, sharp, and mindful.

This programme takes you through six weeks of progressive training where explosiveness, strength, agility, stability, and resilience are developed as one system. You’ll see contrast training, eccentric and isometric work, conditioning, and athlete-specific core woven through.

Each session builds both the bulldozer and the ballerina inside you. What makes this programme unique is passion. I built Bulldozer Ballet not just as a system for physical development but as a pathway for athletes to succeed mentally too. Success isn’t only strength and speed – it’s resilience, clarity, and confidence. Every page is written with the belief that your performance, mindset, and future as an athlete truly matter.

This programme is the result of over a decade of work – both personal and professional. I’ve lived these methods, tested them, refined them, and applied them with athletes across sports at every level – including international athletes. My work spans multiple sports, from team athletes on the biggest stages of world sport to solo athletes rising to number one nationally.
